This web-site has been updated to reflect the new developments in Colloquia which is now going Open Source! The source code will be hosted at SourceForge. We are also currently in the process of finalising the work that has been done to support the IMS Meta-data, Content Packaging, and Enterprise specifications. This new version of Colloquia (version 1.4) will be available soon.
